Bowen Safety Ltd was contracted to complete a fire risk assessment in a large holiday home situated in the Rhyl area, this holiday home sleep up to 20 guests at any one time. 2023 saw changes to the fire safety regulations and government guidance is that owners of holiday rental must complete and act upon a fire risk assessment within their property. This type of fire risk assessment will highlight any hazards within the holiday home and set recommendation to mitigate the risk to the owners and guests.
